Why isn't my business showing up on Google Maps?
If your business is not showing up on Google Maps, it is almost always one of four things. Your Google Business Profile is unclaimed or incomplete. Your business details are inconsistent across the web. You have too few reviews to rank. Or your profile's service area does not match where the customer is searching.

Start with the profile itself. If it is unverified, suspended, or missing a primary category, services, hours, or photos, Google has little reason to rank it. Claim it, verify it, and fill in every field accurately, including the service area you actually cover.
Then check consistency. If your name, address, and phone number differ across your site, your profile, and directory listings, Google loses confidence and buries you. Reconcile them so they match exactly everywhere. Thin reviews are the next common cause. A profile with a handful of old reviews rarely competes with one that earns them steadily.
Finally, remember that map results are personalized by distance. You may rank in one part of your area and be invisible in another, which looks like not showing up at all. A Local Marketing Score pinpoints which of these is actually holding you back. So you fix the real cause instead of guessing.
